Class Descriptions

SxB Buttstuff / I/II
Is a moderate energy class focused on toning, strength, stability, and flexibility. Students use 5 to 10 LBS weights, mats, sandbags and other props to build overall strength from core to calves. This class is fun, high energy, and challenging.  Modifications can be provided for beginners or those seeking an additional push. Class is never the same and will keep you engaged! All classes are set to loud and upbeat music.

SxB III

Is perfect for men and women who have graduated from level I/II classes. This class is perfect for those who are looking for a high-energy and challenging class focused on strength building, conditioning, and balance.
Students frequently comment that the creative and ever-changing format of the class keeps them on their toes and staves off the boredom that can come with repetitive weekly workouts.
SxB III is only taught by Master trainer and owner of SxB, Suzy Shulman. Every Tuesday Noon and 5:30 class are meant to push you to your limit. This class is constantly evolving and you never quite know what you’re getting yourself into.

SxB F**K Yeah It’s Friday
SxB F**k Yeah It’s Friday classes are designed to help students develop long, lean muscles and strong core muscles. Challenging and fun, this class is the foundation of all Pilates classes and sets students up for success in higher level classes such as Reformer Pilates. Students use just a mat and their body weight to tone and strengthen core, arms, back, and legs.
