Group fitness classes are open to men and women of all ages (18+), abilities, and fitness levels who want to push their boundaries and challenge themselves in an energetic, fun, and welcoming atmosphere.
SxB I/II is a moderate energy class focused on toning, strength, stability, and flexibility. Students use light weights, mats, and other yoga-style props to build overall strength from core to calves.

Strength x Balance levels II and III are perfect for men and women looking for a high-energy and challenging class focused on strength building, conditioning, and balance.
Students frequently comment that the creative and ever-changing format of the class keeps them on their toes and staves off the boredom that can come with repetitive weekly workouts.

SxB Mat Pilates classes are designed to help students develop long, lean muscles and strong core muscles. Challenging and fun, this class is the foundation of all Pilates classes and sets students up for success in higher level classes such as Reformer Pilates. Students use just a mat and their body weight to tone and strengthen core, arms, back, and legs.
